Position: Trainer – Baby Care Program
Location: Mumbai
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Experience: 1–2 years (Preferred from nursery schools, playgroups, preschools)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on baby care, child development, hygiene, and professional etiquette.
- Simplify complex topics like child psychology, feeding routines, hygiene practices, and emotional care.
- Provide practical demos for trainees on handling infants & toddlers, cleanliness routines, communication with parents, etc.
- Evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Create a positive, encouraging learning environment for adult learners.
- Work closely with the Avtaari team to continuously improve training modules and update best practices.
