Meet the Founder – Amruta,
“The Heart Behind Avtaari”
Visionary. Trainer. Mother. Changemaker.
Amruta, an accomplished HR professional with 12+ years of training experience, has worked across diverse industries including Manufacturing, Energy, Telecom, E-commerce, and Cosmetics. From training blue-collar workers to the leadership teams, her expertise lies in developing people and building capabilities.
But it was motherhood in 2018 that shifted her path. When Amruta struggled to find a trained caretaker for her own newborn — someone who understood hygiene, modern baby care techniques, and responsibility — she recognized a critical skill gap. Despite demand and supply, care and professionalism weren’t meeting. So, she took action. She personally trained 84 domestic workers in baby care — and 64 got successfully placed in premium households with dignity and better compensation.
Why Avtaari Was Born
I wanted to bridge the gap between skilled demand and unskilled supply — and uplift every domestic worker with training, respect, and transformation.”
On 15th July 2025, on her daughter’s 1st birthday, Amruta launched Avtaari — a platform that empowers three key groups:
- Domestic Workers – with real skills and dignity of labour
- Customers – with dependable, trained professionals
- Placement Agencies – with 100% job-ready staff⸻
Avtaari – The Name with a Story. The name “Avtaari” is born from the love for her two children — Avyaan and Taarini — and the idea that every person can take on a new avatar of professionalism and growth. At Avtaari, we train women to become more than workers — we help them become experts, professionals, and respected individuals.
